In this lesson you’re going to learn about setting SMART goals––what they are, how to write them, and what makes them so effective.

What is a SMART goal? SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time bound.

Think of a SMART goal as a tool that brings structure and accountability to your goal setting.

Using “The SMART Goals” worksheet, you will take the goal you chose in The Magic Paper lesson, and help focus your efforts and increase the chances of achieving that goal.

ACTION ITEM: Click here to download your PDF “SMART Goals Worksheet” and write your own SMART goal.
